No state official of Hawaii has certified by affidavit, (Fukino has not) Obama’s birth there or by corroborating evidence by any hospital, doctor, midwife or a single witness to his birth. During the course of my employment, I was told by senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division to stop inquiring about Senator Obama’s Hawaii birth records, even though it was common knowledge among my fellow employees that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama.”

Thus, it is criminal act for prosecution by a proper Attorney General of anyone and that includes all freaks and traitors who knowingly help in officiating Obama’s run for office to be a U.S. President, disseminating false or misleading information.
